Migraine relief... naturally

Do you suffer from migraines? Me too. Mine used to be so bad I would miss days of work.

Maybe it's someone you care about. This is what I've found has DRASTICALLY reduced my migraines.

Common Migraine Triggers (Avoid these!)

  1. Fumes from candles, room sprays, air fresheners, plug-ins, chemical cleaners, permanent markers, paint, etc.

  2. Preservatives (nitrates and nitrites) found in deli meats and wine

  3. Not getting enough sleep

  4. Not drinking enough water

  5. Stress

How to use doTERRA oils when you get a migraine: (Works best if you catch it before it’s full blown!)

  1. Apply Deep Blue or Aromatouch all over your scalp, temples, down the back of your neck and on shoulders. Avoid getting it near your eyes.

  2. If you are nauseous, apply Digestzen to the outside of your stomach in a circular motion. If you aren’t nauseous, drink a glass of water.

  3. Take 3 copaiba softgels or put 3 drops copaiba under your tongue.

  4. Put 10 drops peppermint in the diffuser, in your bedroom. Turn off the lights and lay down. Try to sleep.

Long term migraine prevention:

  • Take 2 drops copaiba under the tongue every morning and night

  • If your migraines are hormonal, apply Clary Calm over ovaries and back of neck every morning and night to level out the highs and lows.

  • Sometimes migraines are a sign of vitamin/mineral deficiency. Take Lifelong Vitality vitamins. Store bought vitamins won’t help.

  • Take a good magnesium supplement daily, like doTERRA's Bone Nutrient supplement, which has all the magnesium you need to reduce the frequency/severity of migraines AND keeps your bones nice and strong!
